Who we are

TorqCAD is wiring harness design software. This website, torqcad.com (and torqcad.co.uk), is the product's public information site.

What we collect

This website does not use cookies, does not run analytics scripts, and does not set trackers. We collect personal information only when you choose to send it to us:

• Email enquiries — if you email us (for example to request a demo), we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it solely to reply to you.
• Server logs — our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested page, browser user-agent) for security and capacity purposes. Logs are rotated and are not used for profiling.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
• We do not use advertising or marketing trackers.
• We do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to keep you informed.

Legal basis and your rights

We process enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your message). Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. Contact us at hello@torqcad.com and we will respond within one month.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted. Server logs are kept for no more than 90 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
